Returns & Exchanges
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition and with the tags on.
1.Please inform customer service of your need for a return or exchange first.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned and drop off your package at the local post office or another courier.
3. Once you return the item, please update us. Most returns & exchange are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment.
*If the return is due to the consumer, for instance, the items are unwanted any longer, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. You can use your own shipping method at your own cost, or use the shipping label we provided and pay a AUD11.99 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
The item(s) can only be returned in the same condition and with hang tags attached.
Swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene seal still intact.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
Orders placed from Australia are not eligible for exchange. If you choose to return for a refund, we are sorry that we can not provide return label for the time being, please use your own shipping method at your own cost to return it.
Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-baleaf products.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Each eligible item can be only submitted one return request.
