Cancellation

 

We can only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped out. If you need to cancel order, please Contact Customer Support

 

Returns

 

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition and with the tags on.

 

  1. Please Contact Customer Support and indicate the item(s) you would like to return.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned and drop off your package at the local post office or another courier.
  3. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment.
  4. We are sorry that we can not provide return label for the time being, please use your own shipping method at your own cost to returnthe item(s) back.
  5. Exchange is not accepted currently.

 

 

Return Conditions

 

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item,please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. The item(s) can only be returned in the same condition and with hang tags attached.
  3. Extra sale items & Free Gift are not eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene seal still intact.
  5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  6. 6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-baleaf products.
  7. 7. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
